Hi All,
When I turn off the alarm there is always a X10 signal send

House Code + Turn off all units "H1 (?) H All Units Off".

I can't find any Turn off in documentation or settings.
how can I disable this?

all the settings in turn off alarm are set to do nothing.

I've checked it with my system and you are right.

The panel transmits an All Lights Off if the panel is in the disarmed state and a disarm command is given. This seems to be a bug. I couldn't find any setting in the alarm panel for this.

If the panel is armed and the disarm button is pressed no All lights Off will be send. Only that unit is switched off that is programmed to switch off if one or more are programmed to switch off.

Bert,
Thank you for checking and confirming.
Powermax is switching some devices of that I don't want.
I will put the other devices under another house code.

This is working different for me, I have the one of the first Visonic Powermax alarm panels.
What I know is that the firmware part on the X10 control is not very stable. I had a lot of problems to programming it. I installed now that I only get a x10 signal when the alarm goes Of and On. It seems that Visonic is still not able to do a good job in the new versions of the panels. If you google on this subject you will find a lot complaints as well.

I have the firmware “F” form march 2006. This is the latest available one for the powermax plus

In few weeks there will be a new model of the powermax available and also the webinterface.
I hope that the webinterface will have more possibilities. For total controlling

Do you mean that there will be a Visonic Powermax alarm panel which has a network port and a build in webserver. Or some additional device.

The new model is called Powermax Pro
with this model you can integrated a module called Powerlink.
This module will have a built in web interface for monitoring controlling via web
