PCI-e board/PCB wanted

I'm looking for a PCI-e (express, NOT mini-PCI) board/PCB to monitor the PCI-e signals.
A PCI-e board that is defect, that is OK.
Even an empty PCB is fine
and if somebody has an Eagle-CAD file with PCI-e connector that is welcome also.
