in holland we have www.buienradar.nl , but i was very disappointed yesterday that at night there beautiful temperature maps said that in haamstede , holland the temperature was -5 C , but actually it was -12 . a global site like accuweather.com did had the right temperature.

You could try the 'het weer actueel' where local weatherstations are listed.
Haamstede itself is not listed but maybe a station nearby.
