For my hobby solar project ( 2 old solar panels with a small inverter and an old car battery which drives my garden lighting), i am looking for a cheap solution to log the current or power generated by the solar panels. A diy electronic circuit would be fine. I also have thought about using a digital multimeter in the concept, because they can be bought for as low as $6.
Any hints how to accomplish this?
