Eaton smart home controller

Hello
I have à smart home controller from eaton. Everthing works exept that when i try to switch on the lights in the app then i get a problem. RF communication faul EE409-87 that happens evertime when i try to switch or dim the lights. I think the problem is my Ziggo router but i don"t no fore sure do i need to open a port on my router. iPad and iPhone don"t work.
