Hi,
Currently my automation is 'limited' to:
- table lamps
- front gate
- garage gate
- alarm system
From the electrical cabinet, wires go to all light switches. The wires go back from the switches to this cabinet, where they are attached to a 230V dimmer or a teleruptor. The output of the dimmers then goes to transformers which convert it to 12V.
I want to add some automation to this setup, so I can control my 'main' lights and not only the table lamps.
What do you guys recommend ? I was thinking about using a PLC.
I am already using HomeSeer, so the solution for the cabinet has to be 'homeseer-compliant' (which a PLC is not ...)
I look forward to hearing your recommendations.
Best regards,
Kriz

I think you need to read this one and you can choose to use these units for dimming. Or create relais modules using this link

I don't know if I Z-Wave is the way to go here, because everything arrives in the utility closet.
The Qubino does not have enough power, current dimmers are rated 1000W (and they drive quite a few spots)...
I have been reading the first thread, might need to reread it :-p

The Qubino looks nice, but it is not fully supported by HS :-/
