Which motor for outside screens?

I am currently in the phase of selecting outside "screens" against the sun. (https://www.google.nl/search?q=screens& ... tenscreens)
And of course I want to be able to control then with my domotica system ;) (currently using OpenHab but this is not a hard requirement)
I have looked at Somfy and saw that they now have two different wireless protocols.
RTS RFXtrx433E (does not work without the E)
And they also have io-homecontrol for which for me is not yet clear how easy it is to have a more open gateway to it.
And then I can image that there are also options where Z-wave or KAKU can be connected to a less "intelligent" motor.
(Currently I only have a stick for Plugwise, and diy 433Mhz sender, and would rather not spend to much on the bridge. RFXcom would be OK because it can be used for many other porpoises as wel. )

What do you think is the best way forward?
