looking for a simple solution to monitor some sensors

Hi there,

i am looking for an simple (and cheap) way to monitor some sensors.

the case is as follows:
i have an central heating unit (Remeha callenta) and a solar boiler.
now i want to messure, and save some temperature vallues.
i have done some searching on the net and here on the forum, and i can't find an easy, simple, and cheap solution for it.
can u give me some tips what could be an good option for me?
