dimmable lighting

Hello,

I'm have the following question. (it''s quite a rooky question...)

I'm making a light box. In the light box (40cmx30cm) are 2 halogen bulbs of 50W (12V) and 1m LED strips 9.6 W / m. In the ceiling there is 1 power point of 230V.

I want both the halogen and the LED dimmable, preferably separately, and with a wireless control. So I need dimmers and transformers for the light box.

Can someone give tips which systems I can use? Since it is a rental apartment, everything from lighting equipment has to be in the light box down and low budget ...
