RFXCOM missed my switch

Post by Dylantje »

I use a RFXCOM with domoticz.
Great stuff.

Only i have a problem.
1 have build in switch from kaku is not give the good status. [ Kaku AWMR-230 ]
When is use the switch with the webgui and the transmitter, works evrything very good.

But when i use the manual switch [ with my hands ], the light go on or off, thats good.
Only the status in Domoticz is wrong.
When the light is on, the status says off.
Or the light is off and the status says on.

Please do say that this is problem what not can solveld.

Thanks for the answer

Is the ID of the remote the same as the ID used in Domoticz to control the KAKU module?

When pressing on the KAKU remote it should show up in the not used devices tab under settings.

And the remote to your system and use that button to switch on/off your light.

See the domoticz manual for more information.

The AWMR-230 is no transmitter, so when using the manual switch Nothing is send around, so also no update on the home automation server.

You can work around this problem by buying AWMT-003, and put this behind the switch. and move the AWMR-230, behind the lamp.
Then you can get always upto date Home automation server.
