New Smart Meter No Output P1

Hi All,
Need some help..
I recently have a new Smart Meter, ISKRA MA550.
I have read lots of info on this meter but still I cannot get my metering to work.
I have totally no output at all..
What I have tried so far:
1. Connected 5v to pin 2 (RJ12 with 6 pins), GND to pin 3 and data on pin 5.
2. Same as one but the use a inverted. Like this schematic https://imgur.com/5waRPTp
3. same as 1 but then with a resistor between 5v and data. Tried with a 1,2K and a 10k.
What am I missing here?
