One week ago i order a IR head from volkszaehler (http://volkszaehler.org/ contact Udo : udo1@gmx.net ).
I want to read the information from my Iskra meter (ps you need a special version, modificated for a Iskra meter).
So at this moment i have to wait for my modificated IR head.
Ps. i want to say that Udo i a nice person who give some great support!
