USB connection and jumper

Can't find how to connect the usb (wire colors vs pins on the board) and where to put the jumper (1?) as seen on photo. Anyone can help or point in the right direction?

Have you downloaded the USB_Instructions.pdf file from http://www.opentherm-gateway.com/? Those instructions seem pretty clear to me.
