USB/Ethernet configuration not part of schematics

Post by Peterv »

I'm new and on OpenTherm since yesterday. I did read lots about the gateway but puzzled by the USB connectivity and the ethernet connectivity.

On the schematics I cannot see/find the USB connections. For ethernet I believe this is achieved by using this USB connection to a D-Link device that acts as a internet node and wifi device.

Before I order the kit (assumed it's available soon) I need to know the path to take for local network connectivity. And pointers to the information I could not find.

Thanks,
Piet

The USB/Wifi versions of the gateway were an initiative of the web shop. I only created the RS232 version. That's the reason the USB/Wifi versions are not documented on my site. But the web shop provides documentation on how to modify the device for the USB/Wifi versions.
