OTGW on OSX el capitan

If you're running OTGW connected to Mac OSX, and you've just upgraded to El Capitan, you may have lost your USB port.

For Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan), you need first to disable System Integrity Protection:
1. Reboot in Recovery mode by pressing Command-R during reboot.
2. Run Terminal in Utilities menu.
3. Type “csrutil disable” and reboot.
