OEM fault code 132

Hi folks,
I've seen OEM fault code 132 on the OTGW status page.
Anybody know what "OEM fault code 132" for Geminox THRi means?

According to the manual it means: Safety device activated. Check that shunt X10-03 is present and that the wires are properly connected.
Note that the OEM fault code is only relevant when the fault indication bit is on.

Fault indication bit is not on, so I wll ignore all OEM fault code on status page (today I've seen OEM fault code 3)
But i try to find fault code in otlog log file, but can't see it. Is it loged to otlog file?

Given that otmonitor shows the OEM fault code, it must have received the message. That message will then also be logged.
