Hi,
I have been running the nodo-shop OTGW for about a year without problems.
But since a few days I see about 1000-2000 Error 03 per day in my logs.
I ran the diagnostic firmware and ran the tests.
These are the voltages:

Code: Select all

Enter test number: 5
5
Thermostat: 0.77, 1.21, 2.05
Boiler: 0.00, 3.95
Reference: 1.21
The bit timings for the thermostat seem quite normal to me, mostly about 500 and 1000.
The timings for the Nefit boiler seem way off :

Code: Select all

Enter test number: 3
3

Any idea why suddenly this happened ?

Someone else has reported these kinds of timings as well. It looks like the boiler is mixing another protocol in between Opentherm messages. But for that other person it happened after the system board of the boiler had been replaced. So I assumed it was due to different firmware. If yours spontaneously started doing this, it seems that the boiler can dynamically switch protocols on (and off?). So maybe restarting the boiler (power off, power on) will get rid of the other protocol again.

Your guess is as good as mine for the reason why this happened. But if there are still opentherm messages coming through, the errors are mostly harmless.
