Problem setting up new OTG

Hello,

I installed today my OTG (USB version).
When I start the OTmonitor, nothing happens. The Connection is green (Options -> Interface -> Com1).
But nothing happens, (no errors:01-04)

I have a Daalderop Combipact 24/33 and a Honeywell Chronotherm Vision Modulation thermostaat (TH8110M1003)

Can somebody give me some hints to troubleshout

Is your thermostat happy, or does it indicate communication problems? If it is happy, you probably connected to the wrong serial port. What happens if you send a serial command, like "PR=A"?

Sorry for the late reaction, was not at home.
The thermostaat is happy, no errors on the display.

What do you mean with "Wrong serial port", I use the USB version. Do I need something to install to support the USB connector ? Because OTmonitor is speaking about COM-port.

Found the problem, my USB driver was not working.
After installing the prolific pl-2303x usb-to-serial usb driver, everything was working.
