USR-HTW Wireless Temperature and Humidity Sensor

HackAday has an article about a chinese (~40 USD) wireless temp/humidity sensor that is apparently easily hacked into compliance to become useful for Home Automation too especially as wifi has better reach than the 433mhz we are all so used to.
