If you want to compare it to anything it would be the IPPower which also has relays and already has a Plug-in. Also it has SNMP as an added advantage.

Has anyone created a Homeseer plugin/script for this?

I use multiple NETIOMS and the xAP plugin for HS at the moment, but this module is neater to place where I just want some outputs.

There is currently no access control, i have sent an email to robot Electronics perhaps they can add it. THE device is very easy to control either by web interface or sending 'bytes' to port 17494 (see Roberts link). Should be easy to control from homeseer.

Did that as well (sending an email on access control) as far as I recall I've never seen answer on it.

It would be nice if the relays can be replaced by triacs to enable dimming...

I still haven't found a nice solution for my fuse box for my lighting. This would be nice!
