KADEX Domotica

Post by Bwired »

Kadex has a full range of wireless Domotica products on the market. Even an intelligent controller with web server.
see http://www.kadex-domotica.com
Kadex offers a professional and very comprehensive wireless system for operating equipment and systems in and around the house or building.

Although wireless stand-alone solutions have been available for some time, large-scale application has been slow in coming. Why?

Total solutions use a host of different components from too many different suppliers, which makes full system integration impossible. The low frequencies these systems use also makes them unreliable, highly susceptible to interference and very limited in their application.

EIB systems have none of these disadvantages, but are very expensive and complex. They take an unacceptably long time to install and program.

Kadex uses the standardized European 868,3 MHz radio frequency. This frequency is guaranteed interference-free and reliable.

The system consists of transmitters, receivers and an optional central unit.

Every Kadex has a unique sender code (factory setting). This is one of 4.3 billion possible codes. Receivers are able to respond to one or more sender codes to switch equipment on and off. The signal can be sent directly, from sender to receiver, or through a central unit. The central unit can be used to create scenarios (combinations of switching).

By programming the central unit you can make Kadex carry out multiple switching operations (scenarios) simultaneously. With one press of a button you can, for example, turn the TV on, roll down the shutters and turn on the light at the preset dimmer position. Kadex can
easily be programmed to send an alarm, turn on the lights and activate a siren when no one is home and a sensor detects movement in the house. You can use your web server to program your system so that it can be operated remotely or via the Internet (and therefore from
anywhere in the world).
