More Bluetooth 4.0 sensors and stuff

I came across this interesting site/shop that sells Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy (BLE) sensors and electronics. Too complicated stuff for me as a non-techie, but perhaps of interest to others?

Personally, I believe that BLE sensors could become popular for home automation use in the next few years. But they will probably be more expensive than Z-wave. And as of now, I don't think there are any final products yet or any applications / plug-ins.
