There will be a 230V model. Switch to the UK site first to see the preorder for the 230V version.
And off course, the battery version is also possible.

Some one have created a Nest thermostat plugin for Homeseer.
I hope there comes a homeseer plugin for this smoke alarm too.
Or use it as a speakersclient

I'm tempted to buy a nefit easy as I'm in the market for a new CV, but was wondering if you are still planning on developing a plugin:-)?
