Shouldn't be the case. The installer edits /root/crontab, and then applies the crontab command. If your system still has this file (it should), then the other cron jobs should stay as they were.

Nice work!
However my other cron jobs where removed also:
@reboot cp /root/iptables.conf /etc/default/iptables.conf
@reboot cp /root/passwd /etc/passwd

Not a big deal for me but maybe you can look into this.
Good to know :-) I need to check this one :) thanks for this info.

I don't know if it is already known, but in the list with weatherstations, I cannot scroll with the very small thing on the right. :wink:

When pressing on the rain forecast tile, you get to the configuration. Is it possible to just get the buienradar pictures, like when pressing the icon in the notifications bar?

Preferably I'd like to skip the notification icon completely and just configure it via another way. Maybe replace 'weerstation' with 'instellingen' and place 'weerstation' and 'Locatie Regenvoorspelling' behind it?

Hi all,

a small maintenance release is available on Toon Store (version 8.3.1).
Changelog:
- Weatherstation selection screen had too many entries to display.
Filtered out the Noordzee Platform weatherstations to show the regular ones (Woensdrecht is now visible as well).
- Some Buienradar images didn't have the correct aspect ratio (these were stretched horizontally)
(Actual temp./Min-Max temp/ Windforce and min ground temp).

First, thank you for this great app on my Toon.
yesterday was the first day my rooted toon was up and running. I was able to install the buienradar app and was able to pick a weatherstation. so far so good
When I look at the buienradar map, I see that the yellow square is situated in Rotterdam. Is it possible to change the location of the yellow square? Do I have to edit some files by hand?

Looking forward to hear from you

Hi Bas,

If you put the rain prediction tile on your homescreen and click on it, you can set your exact location via lon/lat coordinates or by clicking on the map (can zoom in/out and pan by clicking at the edges).

This will also reposition the yellow markers.

P. S. Rotterdam is great :)

The map on the page ‘actueel weer plus weersverwachting’ is empty, a weatherstation is selected. Only a little square in a white field is shown.

Hi Hanplo,

This is because you are not properly set to use https.
This is needed because buienradar switched from http to https recently.

You will need to do this:
- If you use an older version of ToonStore please upgrade to ToonStore 1.1.0 first and wait till Toon has restarted
- Install buienradar 8.3.1 from ToonStore. If you already had 8.3.1 installed with an earlier version of ToonStore please remove buienradar and install it again with ToonStore 1.1.0.

This should fix it.

Which update do you refer to (pc, domoticz, Toon firmware, buienradar) ?

I installed the latest version of Toonstore and Buienradar at once. I just uninstalled the latest version of Buienradar, restarted Toon and installed the latest version of Buienradar again. No solution of the problem I sucribed in my earlier post. Is there a solution?
