where to put this grey "sticker" in my Toon?

Hi,
while opening my Toon, a little grey square sticker fell out. (1mm thick)
Does somebody know where it belongs? Does it have to protect or isolate something?

I think it's on top of the temperature sensor. The back of toon (grey part) has a neat square slot where it should go. Just put it in there before you close your toon.

I wonder what the point is of putting a thermal pad there?
It doesn't really make good contact with the sensor chip and the chip is pretty much shielded by plastic. (i see no holes)

Guess I was not the only one with this issue. Here it fell out too.

Hmm, I also saw it falling out but never figured out/bothered to place it back
But sometimes I wonder if the temperature sensor is correct, seems a little high, maybe this is the cause?
Anyway there's an offset I believe, to adjust the temperature.
