Hello All,

My P1 from the meteradapter is working great, no problem.

But i wan't to use a P1 USB cable to feed domoticz, but that is not working.
I have a kamstrup 382, and i double checked the settings, 9600,7,E,1.

I used a USB P1 cable from china, and because i doubted it, i now use a P1 cable from smartmeterdashboard.nl.
Both cable's aren't working. (I tested it with a Rpi and domoticz directly connected, and use a terminal program on my windows laptop)
And i tried the 115200 8N1 also.

Is it possible that there is a problem with my kamstrup?. The strange thing is, that my toon meteradapter is working properly.

I also have a Kamstrup 382, and a working logging (to an RPi, homebrew). I use an FTDI 5V USB-RS232 adapter. For this adapter to work, you will need to invert two of the data lines (RTS and RxD). AFAIK only FTDI chipsets have this feature.

I think my p1 port isn't somehow "strong" enough.

But after that it stopped working again.

Please note that the cable is 4 core and the cables must not be switched.
Eneco p1 cable is a good example.
