Toon App Idea: TVgids

Has anyone thought about making an App which presents a list of favorite TV channels showing current and next schedule?
Is the screen resolution of the Toon good enough to display a number of favorite channels in a tile ?
Can the TVgids API be used for this purpose or are there better publicly available APIs ?

I would say that the maximum of channels to show on a tile is 3, but you can rotate this every x seconds to show 6 or 9 as well I guess.
Will have a look at the API.

Since I am very new to all of this: can you recommend some example apps to get a basic understanding of coding custom apps?

You can look at any of the ToonStore apps, the calendar one is probably a good candidate.

Surprising .. I also started with that. First file I have finished, but now the rest. Not yet ready to test it, have not even tested it on my own Toon yet.
