Toon app: PostNL

Hi Toon

I have installed the afvalkalender but there i have also a blank screen after configuring it and still postnl is also blank.
Then i installed the certificate.
and i recived
Downloading http://files.domoticaforum.eu/uploads/T ... r0_qb2.ipk.
Installing tsc-certificates (1.1.1-r0) on root.
Configuring tsc-certificates.
Restoring previous backup first before appending TSC certificates ...

And still the two apps aren't working.
What do i wrong?

Hi all,

the issue with Fransb was a package which was send back to the sender ("Retour Afzender") for which a lot of fields were empty in the JSON file.
Code has been changed to handle that properly now (at least for Fransb ).
The new version will be available in the ToonStore shortly.

Hi all,

version 1.0.2 of the Postnl app is available in the ToonStore.
Changelog:
- packages which are returned to sender are now shown correctly.
in the previous version this also blocked the display of all other packages if you had one of those returned packages in your list.

expect another small maintenance release soon: I just did send a package via PostNL and while still at the post office I added the barcode in my mobile phone app.
If you then look at Toon, the postnl app fails to display outgoing packages because PostNL hasn't yet populated all expected delivery date/time fields for the new package.
Has already been fixed now, will be published in the ToonStore in the next few days.....

probably the Toon is low on RAM memory now. You can remove the app again by logging into Toon with ssh and enter:

opkg remove postnl

Question, which other apps from the ToonStore you had installed as well (just to check the memory consumption theory)?

Post.nl app installed, without problem after entering the password, my "toon2" chrased and kept on rebooting and the minute he seemed normal, he didn't respond to anything and started rebooting again. and he continued to do so until I deleted the app via SSH, also in domoticz a lot of error messages from the "Toon" script.

I have installed the following app:
Toonstore 3.03
Rainfall radar 8.4.2
Domoticzboard 1.02
Waste calendar 4.24
Calendar 1.1.4
Boiler status 1.06
Webcam 1.04
Traffic info. 1.09

ok, let me publish a 1.0.3 Postnl app this week which waits two minutes or so after boot with the retrieval of the data. This should put less pressure on the boot sequence.
On a Toon 2 this number of apps should not be a problem.
If that doesn't help, happy to have a look at your Toon via teamviewer to see what's going on

version 1.0.3 is available in the ToonStore.
Changelog:
- packages which are just handed in for shipment at the post office are now also shown correctly at Toon
when you added the barcode to your PostNL account while still in the post office
- reading the inbox will start only two minutes after the app has initialized to allow Toon to finish the rest of the startup process first
- removed a hidden image field for the 'brievenbus post' scan in tiff format which is not supported by Toon anyway

Hopefully this will resolve some of the startup issues reported here.

Hi Toonz, I've got a package pending but it doesn't show up in the app. Is this a bug or a feature?

hi just checking, have you added the package to your online Postnl account?

I think I will make a small change to the app to save the inbox json file from postnl on Toon to a separate file.
