I can buy a xanura saix for 30 is that a good price?
Or is the saix not a good product at all

It is a good price considering a new SAIX will cost you approx. 80-90 euro. The SAIX is a good device depending on what you want to do with it.

Can you tel me the difference between saix/saix10/saix12?
I only use it as a 2 way x10 switch

SAIX Module replaced by SAIX12 is the new one. Just a small advice, check module on purchase ( does it work, is it programmable, reacts quick on X10 signals? )

Can the saix be controlled with a standard on/of wall switch?
or a impulse switch.

check the Xanyra SAIX PDF it's in Dutch and English.

And yes both are supported :-)
