After some upgrades en few installation.
Windows 2003 server is running smooth on the Mac mini
Windows XP was only accessing 2,7 gb memory.

I had to do some manual tweaking /installation to get all work.
power consumption with Windows 2003 was 10 watt higher than windows XP
After installing the chipset video drivers from Nvidia power consumption was dropped..but there was no access possible to the machine with RDP.
Rollback solved problem.. after that I installed the Nvidia drivers from there website.

@Drmacchi: I have installed Windows 2003 on a Mac Mini
Maybe i will go back to Windows XP..since Windows 2003 is not supported.

Are you running 2003 on Mac?

You are correct...but lot of XP drivers will not install on 2003 server.

Yep just like a normal PC. There are some limitations in OS. Not for every OS are drivers available.
In the MAC there us no bios

Firmware was for the SSD disk..
Upgrade of the firmware in the mac did not work..because of the limited firmware software form intel.

after 24 h and few crashes Mac Mini with SSD is no longer starting.

The Nvidia chip set is just not compatible with Intel X25-M SSD
All the data including OS is lost.
Problem is in the Windows Part..
I will replace the SSD with 500GB HD tomorrow and will start testing again..
