some questions about RFXmitter and bought the RFXcom plug-in

Hey,

I just received the RFXmitter and bought the RFXcom plug-in.
Te first thing I did is connected the RFXmitter to my network and the second one was bought the plugin... the plugin is now installed and the RFXmitter seems to be regocnized by Homeseer.

Not I am a little bit stuck here ...
Tomorrow I will receive the Harrison curtain rails and I have no clue where I should start or what guide I should read.

How can I configure the Harrisson to work together with Homeseer and the RFXmitter?
What should I do and what are the steps that I should take?

Just let me know if you can't get it to work, I'll do a step by step for you (but you can get it all going from the manual, just wait till you have the motor and the remote, things will be a lot clearer when you actually see them)

Hi,

On page 11 of this User Guide http://www.rfxcom.com/documents/RFXCOM% ... 0Guide.pdf
It says that I need to configure the transmitter ...
But when I go to the homeseer webpage I click on the "RFXCOM" button then I click on the "RF INTERFACES" button ... I do not see the same screen as this is described in the guide...

I can only select COM ports
see picture:


And when I select those options for example the HAR and I save this the configuration is gone after I visit another page and come back to it.

I know I need to configure a Output device and this is described on page 40 of the guide ... but also there I need to select a Transmitter but I do not see the actual pull down menu for the transmitter ...

What am I doing wrong here?

sorry, the links are for the documentation of the Beta version of the plugin.
The hspi_RFXCOM.pdf documentation of the official release is in the Homeseer Docs\RFXCOM directory.

I just updated everything Homeseer AND te plugin to the BETA ... so I will go for the new guide

I did the same, beta works fine for me, every morning when I enter the living room the curtains automatically open for me [:D]
