question about x-10

have i understood this correctly?
marmitek/ xanura is the same modules only different brands ?
should i buy marmitek or xanura ? or is there even more brands ?
and what is the A10 <? same as x-10 only better ?

lol.. i am very new with this x-10 stuff , hope somebody bothers to answer

Slave Visonic Receiver 868.95MHz Item #40079N
to recieve my powermax+ sensors to my HS software ?

i do not have any x-10 wireless things so i don`t need anything else i think ? i have the cm11 to send to my x-10 stuff..

¤ is it possible to use the slave modul alone ? og do i need a master modul ? ( i might wanna put in a x10 wireless modul later)

¤ should i use something else than cm 11 to send commands to x-10 from computer ? (is there a better solution )

Frode,

The 40079N receiver must be installed in an USB module and can't be used stand-alone.
Select the 60007N USB 868.95MHz Visonic receiver set. This unit can be connected to HS. Use the W800 plug-in or better use the ACRF plug-in.

You can put a 40075N 433.92MHz X10 slave receiver (or any other SLAVE receiver) into the USB module of the 60007N set. This configuration enables you then to receiver the Visonic and the X10 lighting & security signals.
