Basic IP camera

I just wonder why there are no basic IP cameras on the market for outside usage.

something like (133 euro)

These are outdoor models, but no IP.

They have some nice things, also coax to utp visa versa.. i'am thinking of getting one of the quad axis servers bwired has, since non-ip outdoor camera's are affordable.

there is only need for extra IP camera server when you go for non IP
at markplaats.nl i saw yesterday few IP camera servers.
Interwebshop is also selling nice cameras.

After some searching on the net I found some nice products in my price range what I was looking for.

IP camera 250 euro
Dome camera + IP Camera server 230 euro.
I think lot is going on this market.
At the fallowing dutch website they have interesting products and prizes
