Xanura weird delayed signals

I've got a project with a problem caused bij some IMX10 from Xanura.
In this project house we have installed multiple IMX10 and SIAX12, fasecouplers and sperfilters.
The house has multiple identical bedroom's for elderly people.
When someone get's out of bed in the night, they will be detected by a motiondetector which triggers a IMX10 by a free switch contact.
So when someone walks through the zone of the motiondetector the imx10 will send a signal.
This signal goes to a Homecontrolbox which has several macro's programmed.
But on some room's the signal is being delayed by 20 to 40 seconds.

We have 6 Homecontrolbox which have identical software programming, but different house codes.
But only some of the rooms have this problem, not all!
We als have installed several filters esspecially for this disturbens, but is doesn't work.

Does anyone know what cause of this delay can be?

Mostly this is interference form some device like a computer, laptop or other device without a filter/
These device can mess up the signal on the powerline or making it in some cases slower.
If you have filers it could be a new device which is placed in the room like an computer or something. Check out what is changed?

I had same problem time ago..
My problem was noise on the power network.
after filtering problem was solved.
Best is to analyze the quality of your network
100% filtering is not always possible..
