Upload file size limit?

Maybe i missed it, but: what about maximum upload file size, is it still 250k or?

I just succeeded in creating a working DomotiGa/Gambas live DVD image, it's 870MB in size... do we have room and bandwidth for it?

Or shall I park it on RapidShare?

If that was yearly i would sign up immediately, though site mentions clearly "Preis/Monat" so it's 49/month
