My eye caught the Archos 10.1" tablet device, running Android 2.2 (capacitive 1024x600 screen). I'm wondering if this would make a good buy to run HSTouch and (other) couch apps on, I don't think it was mentioned on the forum just yet.
It looks like the 8GB version is around 299€. I'll be happy to read your opinions/other proposals.

Re: Archos 101 Internet Tablet
I would take the 16 Gb version for just 50 Eur more. It is a nice device when I look for the spec and its price is much better that the Samsung Galaxy Tab (although this has 3G, but do you need that if you have a normal mobile phone?) for instance.
Re: Archos 101 Internet Tablet
According to the Archos store, the tablet has a capacitive screen. I think some reviews I've read do mention that as well. What do you mean "screen is not flat"? It looks flat on the pictures, maybe best that I find a shop to play around with it first.TANE wrote: I think the screen is not capacitief. (like Ipad, galaxy)

Too bad it doesn't have the Android Market out of box.
