[BUG] Domotiga crash on remove of plugwise USB stick

I unplugged my Plugwise USB stick for some testing, and domotiga server crashed:

I added a check for writing to revision 496
http://www.domotiga.nl/changeset/496

So it shouldn't stop working anymore, just an display error.
