YouTube embedded Video links added

Its now possible to insert YouTube videos and played within the Topic

Example:

See the added YouTube button, click this button and insert the YouTube url between.
I automatic converted all YouTube Video's on this forum this way

if you upload a too big file, you get a strange error. if you would put up a normal message saying "too big" would be nice for people not knowing.

besides that, nice work.
