Can I use the same Visonic alarm devices to control the lights?
And another question, can I receive the device signals with Homeseer?

You can control lights with Visonic...but this is slow about 2 seconds before the light will turn on.
I'm using this for the main lights in my house.

There are two methods to get the Visonic info in Homeseer.
Via XM10x directly connected to the Powermax (limitation of 15 devices)
or via RFXcom Visonic receiver

So the RFXcom Visonic receiver is the best option?
Can you tell me what the best shop is to buy the Powermax + and do I need the MCM-140.

RFXcom will give you more flexibility.
You can also use the Visnoc Key for controlling other devices.
I don't use any keypad..If you like to use one..you can better go for the MKP-150 with status display.
Best option is to buy more keyfob's they are easy to use and cheap..29,50
check the website Waakzaamwonen in Utrecht
