Is there any analog of z-wave danfoss electronic radiator thermostat (zwave4u.com/products/en/Thermostats/Z-W ... ostat.html) compatible with rfxcom?

No, RFXCOM has no Z-Wave support.
Maybe next year if the RFXtrx868 is released.
