I think the answer is no.
When setting dimlevel the power wil be 110 Volt (50%) and therefore you will kill your dimmer. However i would try to time the speed of the shutter en than make different events for each level of open/close . Just make an event "ON" sleep 2 seconds " Off" to get it to some kind of half open position

The dim command doesn't really dim the fgr I think, it's just a way to tell domotiga to send a command to zwave.
I will try to find my fibaro shutter module and do some tests...

HEllo,
thank you for help.
How to make such an event?
I know how to make event from on to off at specific time but how to make event from on to off with 6s delay at specific time?

raymonvdm & rdnzl are correct, it isn't a "real" dimmer device. I personally find this is a "bug" in the Z-Wave implementation (also possible Fibaro ignores it). You can do an "on" and quickly an "off", but no guarantee what the position.

@ birdhouse99:
This week i will submit an updated wrapper, which should support the Dim command for your FGR221.

It is confirmed to be fixed in revision 1328 of DomotiGa by a Fibaro FGR221 user.
