Very low cost (US$45) 'Arduino Yun' type device, with wifi and 2 ethernet ports in a nice case with optional screw terminals.
The main atheros processor runs OPENWRT (like Arduino Yun or Carambola 2 or tp-link TL-WR703N)
and you can add an 'arduino' daughter board with or without RF functionality.
The antenna in the picture is not a WIFI antenna.
It's a 433MHz Antenna connected to an internal RFM12B RF transceiver module
