Anna
I got an email from NLE (Nederlandse Energie Maatschapij) that they have an intelligent thermostat: Anna (http://www.whoisanna.com/)
It is using the Opentherm protocol and you can access it remotely it seems. Down side is that you have to pay a monthly fee

Re: Anna
@Harry;
There CEO (Norbert Vroege) also confirmed this in a dutch interview.
In this interview he says that uses want slim, easy to use, use friendly apps and not huge apps with tons of options. Also he mentioned that the bigger the app, the more bugs its possible contains. This last point is more a company problem?!
Here's the Dutch(!) interview:

In the past the had to create a "plugwise platform" that "future proof" and all products could connect to/with.
A little time ago i spent some time to dive into the plugwise Stretch "API" and made an own GUI to control my plugwise devices.
After an firmware update of the stretch the whole Plugwise network and GUI stopped working because the my network was to big (>15 devices, i had >25 and this results in performance issues) and the change the API and the that results in a not working GUI...

Re: Anna
The ANNA is a thermostate with internet possibilities. It is a nice looking device with on, off and modulate functions. It has a nice app for your phone. And it is clever. See http://www.whoisanna.com.
Is it possible to integrate this device in homeseer?
Has someone some experience with this device?

Re: Anna
Plugwise promised me to sent me a device when the API is available, so I intend to create an interface to HomeSeer (V3) as soon as I receive it.Wim2008 wrote: Is it possible to integrate this device in homeseer?

Re: Anna
Wednesday I was on the EUW14 in the RAI and Plugwise was there too with a stand. They presents the thermostate Anna there for the Netherlands. Till now the have sold a lot of devices in Europe.
The device comes into a box with several drawers inside the box. One for the thermostate, one for the device which connect your cv with the thermostate Anna, one with the manual and one with some connections. It looks very nice.
I hope to hear soon from you Rien, how your experience is with the thermostate Anna in Homeseer (2 and 3; I hope).
