Imagintronix offset on v79

Post by kylegordon »

Evening all,

2 weeks ago I upgraded from firmware 78 to 79 on my rfxtrx433, and all is well except data from my collection of cheap Imagintronix temp & humidity sensors. They're all reading about 50 degrees higher than before the firmware upgrade - graphs at https://www.flickr.com/photos/kylegordon/15300824363/

Is this to be expected and they all need a -50 calibration tweak, or is it a bug that needs raised?

Cheers

Kyle

There is no change in V79 for the Imaginetronic, at least not intended.

What happens if you go back to V78?
Please contact support if there is really a 50 degrees offset in V79 compared to V78.

Yup, can confirm. Dropping back to v78 causes the sensors to return to approximately normal.

Will drop an email to the support line :-)

Been abroad for 5 weeks. Back soon, and will try to reproduce again when I'm local to the environment.

Hey,

Back from holidays and all refreshed...

Tried upgrading to v83, and sadly the Imagintronix sensors are reading too high. This is from moments after the upgrade, in Domoticz

Could it be that the temperatures are in Fahrenheit while the message says Celsius...
