saix programming

After i failed to program a saix it never stops blinking.
How do i reset the saix or is this normal, i have three saix with this problem .

blinking is normal.
steady led is program mode

I have a CTX35 and want to program a SAIX12.
I only can program the adres, but the special codes doesn't work.
Like the ON status and ALN, ALF etc. won't work the modul doesn't react.
Only when I put a A for the command then the modul reacts with the blinking (3 , 4 times)
When I go out the program status the modul only react with the command AON and not on the command A01A01 ONON.
In the testprogram the modul reacts on the A01 test button.
And not with the A02 stand, so the adres is good.

Does anyone nows what I doing wrong.
