Yesterday I blew up my PMIX35. I kind'a saw it coming, but I was getting too tired of this sack of shit to care. I feel more sorry for the PC it took with it. Now it's dead. Lesson learned: The opto-isolators inside are not just a safety measure.
Anyway, now I need a new X10 interface. I can still buy a new CTX35, but at 157 Euro it's not a bargain. Before I spend that kind of money, I would like to know what is currently the best/loudest X10 interface on the market.
How do the PMIX35, CTX35 and CTX15 compare in loudness and sensitivity?
And are there any good alternatives?
PMIX35, CTX35, CTX15, or better? Or louder?

If you open the ctx35 there is a ctx15 inside:-)
Pmix35 is missing packets if you have a larger x10 network
I have the.... X10 controller, need to find the name, its the best one i tested
I will check for the name.

ACT TI103-RS232 X10 is still the best, designed by Phil Kingery

Were different version made for 110 and 220 Volt? Or can I just buy a 110 Volt version and convert it to 220 Volt?
