Just a tip: for those who 'do' virtualization based on Microsoft products, it's always good to know there's a tool to convert VMDK's to VHD's.
This tool makes VMWare's Virtual Marketplace usable to everyone, even if you're not using VMWare. I used this tool to convert a anti-spam/-virus and a firewall virtual appliance; both now happily running with Hyper-V. [8D]

Nice thing about this tool is it will remove all the not used drivers and install Vmware drivers when converting.
It will even convert physical machines and backups from disk image tools.
