

I didn't know what i changed in the end - but now it works!

Probably the socket of the PIC was not soldered correctly or at the beginning i made some kind of mistakes.
The first PICs i had to reprogram because the verify against gateway.hex gave me wrong results - therefore it is possible that they got somehow damaged.
Also strange was that my MAX232 did not work - possible also a result of an mistake at the beginning.
But now i attached the PIC to the otgw board again, only connected GND, RxD and TxD of the USB-TTL converter and it works well.
With the TTL signals without the MAX232 i think it's better for me because i've got some more USB-TTL converters here and it is one source of mistake less.
I tried also everything with OTMonitor - and i think now everything works as expected.
