Ok, path does exist (it was hidden) , i deleted old gadget , i put it again but i have still DEBUG, error 25 , ACCESS DENIED.

if i choose to debug with "windows script editor" , i get "impossible to create the directory with application-data" , may be some permission to set ? I login as administrator.

With Windows Explorer, Properties, i saw the files were blocked since thay came from another computer. I de-blocked them, logged off and on again and not it works. Cool!

Digit, could you explain better the procedure? i don't understand what you did. Thanks

With Windows Explorer i went to the directory where the new files were installed. I selected 1 file, right-click, Poperties, and saw in the lower half of the dialog a message that said the file was block because they came form another computer. There was a button to deblock the file, so i did. I repeated this for all the files. After that i logged off and on again and everything was fine.

Because this is a gadget i definitely wanted on my XP machine (the Vista is not used very much), i googled for "XP sidebar" and landed here: http://www.tweakwindows.nl/index.php?p=tools&id=251
Now i have this gadget on my XP machine. Twice as cool

I think there's something wrong with updating, cause i still don't see the HSTouch topic in the sidebar. Any suggestions?

Thats an error from me.. This version will not update from the feed...
I'm at the moment working on version 2 that will (should) work 100%..

I am new to this sidebar Gadget stuff as you can see..

For now i'm satisfied with version 1. I had a look at the code, changed some minor things and now it is updating every 5 minutes. Also i changed showing the time, instead of the date.
Feature requests for version 2: Update interval adjustable in options dialog and a visible warning of some kind when 'something' has changed. That would be nice

BTW, the RSS Pubdate seems to be wrong.

That topic was 20:12 local time. When i compare this to the subscription mail header, it says:

Sat, 15 Nov 2008 20:12:55 +0100

Maybe our webmaster can look into this

No, i only did some local modifications to the original version of wifi.
Before you know there are 2 versions roaming around and that's not ok i think.
But i think wifi is very busy with his Visonic
So be patient...

Yes. busy.. during the day with my 5 1/2 month old baby (Kian), and during the night relexing, and doing more important jobs.
The wife (girlfriend) needed to go overseas for her job (will be back end of next week).
Till then I will not have time to do anything on this project..
