Okay.
I got a reply from the Plugwise team.

They are basically saying that they can not reproduce the problem, but they think it's a language compatibility thing.
Source is asking the regional settings from Windows for the needed data (date / day / year), and for some reason the days do not match.
They will look into it, and try to fix it with the next update.

Small note: They ARE reading this forum :-)

Sure, who has a testteam like this [;)]
And I know for sure they fix the bugs in reasonable time.
